We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from limited77.com and have a great shopping experience. If for some reason you receive a faulty item(s), please contact us right away and our Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your issue as fast as possible.

 

RETURNS POLICY IN THE USA

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Limited77.

Returns will be accepted within 30-days after the order has been received by the customer. Product must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Contact customer support at hello@limited77.com with the subject line "Return for order #(your order number)". We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.

You may return all new items for full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

WARRANTY

Limited77 offers the following manufacturer warranties, from the date of purchase, on any defects caused by our manufacturing process.

The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, stolen, lost, dropped, or broken from any other misuse from the user. Limited77 is NOT liable for any damages that their products offered on Limited77.com may cause from using the product. Limited77 has full discretion as to what may or may not qualify as a manufacture defect.

RETURNS POLICY OUTSIDE OF THE USA

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Limited77. Please follow the instructions below for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.

Returns will be accepted within 30-days after the order has been received by the customer. Product must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return/exchange to be fully processed once received.

You may return all new, *non-custom items within 30-days of delivery for a *full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

SHIPPING

International Orders: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number here.

IMPORT TAXES/DUTIES

Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by limited77.com. Please check with your local customs.

Free Shipping applies to all orders within the Continental United States. All other orders will be charged accordingly for shipping.
